Randy Prindle (Bilbo)
In F3 I’ve found something greater - outside and inside of myself. No man goes it completely alone in his life. F3 has brought other men as friends and brothers into my life, that have shown me a level of support I’ve not had since leaving active duty military service. It has restored and strengthened my belief in something greater than myself; and yet it’s revitalized my faith in me. We get together to sweat, laugh, and talk as men, but you find something far deeper to grow from and give to others. F3 exists not to be your life, but to make a man’s life better; and we are better with each other here.
Ed Solis (Burgundy)
After joining F3 I regained physicality, developed new male relationships, and created mentorship opportunities. F3 is an important part of my life because it provides me balance: First F (Fitness) balances my love for great food and bourbon. Second F (Fellowship) counters my remote work from home with opportunities for fellowship. Third F (Faith) develops my connection with my community, philanthropy opportunities, and giving back to something larger than myself. F3 is an opportunity to strengthen bonds with local like-minded men, while also being challenged by new and/or different ideas; You will be challenged physically and mentally, and supported emotionally.
